Technical support and software updates for the Highway Capacity Software (HCS+TM) is provided through an annual subscription. This product (HCSplus.SUB) is to extend the HCS+ office license subscription for one year from the expiration date of the previous support. (The first year is included in the software purchase or upgrade fee).
