Technical support and software updates for the Highway Capacity Software (HCS7) is provided through an annual subscription. This product (HCS7.SUB) is to extend the HCS 2010 office license subscription for one year from the expiration date of the previous support. (The first year is included in the software purchase or upgrade fee).
